Jonathan and 6CATSPRO are experts when it comes to explaining how recruitment interacts with rules and regulations on a country-specific level. They have first-hand experience on how to onboard contractors compliantly. As (international) recruitment is getting more and more regulated (e.g. CFA 2017, GDPR, IR35, AUG, ) and as the rules become more and more complex, recruiters and their back-office teams (including myself) need a sounding board to understand how to manoeuvre through the compliance landscape without necessarily saying NO to business. Jon has furthermore done a fantastic job of showing how recruiters can use their knowledge about compliance to demonstrate their expertise to their stakeholders and develop commercially sound MSP/ workforce solutions for their clients.
